We’re TE Equine, an Australian-owned business bringing you quality equestrian products you’ll love.
Our store runs through Shopify, which securely handles our website and checkout process.
2. Shopping With Us
When you place an order, you’re making an offer to buy one of our products.
Once payment is confirmed, we’ll send you an order confirmation — and when it’s packed and ready, you’ll get a shipping update with tracking details.
If for any reason we can’t fulfil your order (for example, if an item sells out), we’ll contact you right away and issue a refund.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.
We accept secure payments through Shopify Payments, PayPal, and other trusted options.
4. Shipping
We deliver Australia-wide and offer international shipping on selected items.
Shipping times vary depending on your location, and once your parcel is sent, it’s in the hands of the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds
We follow the Australian Consumer Law, which means you’re entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if a product is faulty, unsafe, or not as described.
We also offer returns for change of mind within 14 days, as long as items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

We do our best to show products accurately, but colours and sizing can vary slightly between screens.
All photos, logos, and designs belong to TE Equine — please don’t reuse them without permission.

Our liability is limited to what’s allowed under Australian law, and we can’t be held responsible for indirect losses (like courier delays or website downtime).
