Shipping policy
We’re so glad you’re shopping with TE Equine!
Here’s everything you need to know about how we get your order from our hands to your doorstep.
1. Processing Your Order
Once you’ve placed your order, we’ll get to work packing it as soon as possible.
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
During busy periods, sales, or launches, processing times may take a little longer — but we’ll always do our best to get your order out quickly.
If there’s ever a delay or issue with your order, we’ll contact you straight away.
2. Shipping Options
We currently ship Australia-wide using trusted carriers such as Australia Post.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and parcel size.
We also offer Express Shipping for when you need your order a little faster — simply select that option at checkout.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times (once dispatched):

Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days

Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location or factors outside our control (such as weather, postal delays, or public holidays).
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
You can use this to keep an eye on your parcel’s journey all the way to your door.
If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 business days, please contact us at te.equine@outlook.com.au.
5. Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your delivery details before confirming your order.
We can’t take responsibility for parcels sent to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout.
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible — if your parcel hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update it for you.
6. Lost or Damaged Parcels
We do our best to make sure every order arrives safely.
Once your parcel leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the postal service — but if something goes wrong, we’ll always try to help.
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) with your order number and photos if applicable.
7. Pre-Orders or Backorders
If you order an item that’s listed as pre-order or backorder, we’ll show the estimated dispatch date in the product description.
We’ll keep you updated if there are any changes to that timeframe.
