We get it — sometimes things just don’t work out. Whether it’s the wrong fit or not quite your style, we’re here to help make things right.
Change of Mind Returns
If you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, you can send it back for an exchange or store credit within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, your item must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition

Have all tags and packaging attached

Not a sale item, intimate garment, or custom order
You’ll just need to cover the postage to send it back to us. We recommend using tracked shipping — we can’t take responsibility for returns lost in transit.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
We always want you to receive top-quality pieces. If something’s not right — maybe faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered — please let us know within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
Email us at te.equine@outlook.com.au with your order number and a couple of photos showing the issue.
Once we’ve checked it out, we’ll sort a replacement, refund, or store credit, and of course, we’ll cover any return shipping if it’s our mistake.
Exchanges
Need a different size or style? No worries!
Just get in touch within 14 days and we’ll help you swap it over (depending on stock availability).
If we don’t have what you’re after, we’ll issue a store credit so you can find something you love next time.
A Few Things We Can’t Take Back
We can’t accept returns on:

Sale or clearance items
Refunds
Once we’ve received your return and checked everything over, we’ll send you an update.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please note — shipping fees aren’t refundable unless the item was faulty.
Allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
